📄 ServiceFirst Essentials – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to ServiceFirst Essentials! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our training services, videos, toolkits, and all other related materials ("Services"). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscription & Access

  • Your subscription grants access to one (1) business location license per purchase.
  • Training content is delivered externally via a unique QR code system.
  • Access to the training content continues as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.

2. License & Use

  • All content, including videos, PDFs, coaching tools, and QR-based training, is the intellectual property of ServiceFirst Essentials.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use this content internally with your team at one location.
  • You may not redistribute, copy, resell, or share the content outside of your licensed location.

3. Payment & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused time or partial months.

4. QR Code Management

  • You will receive a unique QR code upon purchase. This code grants access to updated daily videos.
  • It is your responsibility to display and secure this QR code appropriately.
  • You may not share or duplicate the QR code for use in multiple locations without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the system, or unauthorized distribution of our content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide impactful service training, but we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes or employee performance results. Use of our content is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
